This is for you if you’ve known for years that offloading editing should be the first thing you do, but you’ve never pulled the trigger.
This is for you if you are looking for a realistic and scalable way to grow your business without going through 200+ candidates, wanting too much money, spending months onboarding/training them, only to get mediocre results.
This is for you if you’re a Video Professional who feels stuck at a certain annual revenue because you don’t have the mental and physical capacity to meet more people so you can take on more clients/projects, which will get you to the next level of business.
This is for you if you’re constantly pulling late nights to hit deadlines (juggling edits, revisions, and client expectations) wondering if this grind is really sustainable. You didn’t become a videographer to be glued to a timeline at 2 a.m.

It is 100% possible to outsource your editing while maintaining what makes your videos so special
But the problem is that most creatives think that no one can edit the way they can.
Dying on the sword that you are the only one capable of creating videos for your clients is a guaranteed way to never grow.
You need someone that will predictably deliver high quality videos that not only meet current expectations, but exceed them.
This is the reason why we are here. We are the only company who has dedicated our entire business to solving this industry-wide problem, for creative teams like yours.
While others cater to content creators with cookie-cutter edits, we’re dedicated to serving professionals who demand precision and excellence. We hold ourselves to a higher standard, delivering work that meets the discerning eye of those who know editing inside and out.

For over 6 years, I’ve been at the helm of a successful video production company, working with industry giants like John Deere, Honda, and Clopay.
Our team has earned more than a dozen Telly Awards, American Advertising Awards, and, more importantly, the trust of these clients who continue to rely on us for long-term partnerships.
But beyond the accolades and big-name clients, I understand the challenges of balancing a business and personal life.
As a dad with ADHD, I’ve had to master the art of prioritizing and delegation—skills that help me lead not just my team, but also a household.
And yes, in between all that, I’ve developed a bit of an obsession with Pickleball, much more than my wife prefers...

You can’t just hire an editor and tell them to edit your projects.
They need clear processes and tools for media sharing, project management, revisions, asset and subscription management, and accountability that often needs to happen multiple times throughout the day
If you’re like me you get an email/DM every day from video editors looking for work, and there are hundreds in every group I’m in.
The issue is that if you’ve never hired someone before, you do not know where to even start when vetting an editor to work for you.
If you don’t properly vet an editor before you hire them, there’s a good chance you will hate the end result, making you have to edit it yourself at the end of the day.
Now that you have an editor, it’s time to onboard them to the processes and workflows you built back in Step 1.
Over the course of a couple months you will learn that everyone gives and receives feedback differently. Not only will you be giving feedback to them, but they will be giving feedback to you.
You will also learn that not everyone is a good fit. We’ve hired people who seemed great initially, only for them to become the opposite within the course of a week or two. Learning how to hire is important, but learning how to manage is more important.
The entire point of bringing on a new editor is to free up time you’d be editing so that you can leverage that time to do more higher value work, and bring on new clients.
You must balance the needs of your editor, with the reason you hired them in the first place.
Failure to manage both properly leads to either an unhappy editor, or a lack in new business, negating the benefit of hiring one in the first place.
This will allow you to double to triple your revenue
by taking on more clients, and spending your time on higher paying activities.

Follow these steps yourself & try to do it in-house, however…
You’ll spend upwards of 80K for salary and benefits on top of the hiring process
You’ll end up spending at least 6 months trying to figure the process out to hopefully get it right the first time
You’ll need to spend 2-3 hours per day managing your editor and the process
You can work with us and we’ll do each one of these steps for you automatically so you can start bringing on more new clients and higher paying work starting this month.
We’ve already done this for Golden Peaks Productions who was able to focus on scaling their business because post-production was not going to be their bottleneck.
When working with us…
You will be able to leave a shoot and not feel stressed about sitting behind a computer all day while 20 others things need to be done. You will open yourself to so many opportunities that you wouldn’t have had access to simply because you weren’t stuck in an edit.
You will have relieved the bottleneck keeping you stuck at that same revenue mark you’ve been at. You will finally feel what it’s like to truly be a leader and not a doer.
So if you are interested in seeing how we can help you scale your business while relieving the stress of post production from your life, click the link below to book a call to see if we're a good fit.
Keep in mind that we are currently only onboarding 4 businesses per month, so make sure to save your spot in line. Of course, there are No Contracts, Unlimited Revisions, and a Money-Back Guarantee if you’re not happy.
Best,
Robert De Corah
